National Finals Rodeo Update - Round 6

Round 6 kicks off the start of the second half of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and Women’s Professional Rodeo Association’s Super Bowl of Rodeos. More money stands to be won as the Top 8 contestants advance Sunday to a clean slate semi-finals round, which is then followed with the Top 4 advancing to the Finals round also on Sunday.

Tiany Schuster 'Bumped' From #1 Back Number Spot

Only three cowgirls have ever held the elusive number one position. Those three cowgirls that have held the number one back number are Mary Burger, Sherry Cervi, and Charmayne James. It was assume that the 2017 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo would be the inclusion of a fourth cowgirl to earn the number one back number: Tiany Schuster of Texas. Fans thought wrong.
