The livestock industry doesn’t need technology that merely sounds advanced - it needs technology that is usable, explainable, and economically defensible.

That point becomes even more important when the conversation turns global. Melchior works with colleagues across countries and markets, where lviestock systems differ dramatically. A cattle operation in Europe may look nothing like one in the American West. Brazil operates at a scale and market structure distinct from both. Yet the end goal remains strikingly consistent: produce safe, reliable food while supporting animal health, producer viability, and long-term system resilience.
